OpenAI says Stack Overflow for Agents tripled signups overnight after launching a ChatGPT plugin

In an OpenAI customer story, Stack Overflow says two engineers built Stack Overflow for Agents in a few weeks with Codex, and that its ChatGPT plugin tripled registrations overnight and lifted agent creation up to 10x. The company says Codex cut the time to build one enterprise connector from 3 to 6 weeks to 4 days, and its platform routes tasks between GPT-6 Astra and GPT-6 Sol by reasoning need and cost. The figures are Stack Overflow's own.
