The company says the headline formal-logic composite rises 31% relative over TwIL-LM3, from 42.2 to 55.4 on its 100-point scale, with quantized GGUF builds small enough for local llama.cpp or Transformers use. Weights and evaluation details are on Hugging Face under webAI-Official/TwIL-LM3-Pro; the model is under webAI’s non-commercial license.
