In an AWS guest post, Octave describes the multi-tenant AI foundation it built on Amazon Bedrock for Reliance, its quality management system for regulated industries, using Cohere Embed v4 for embeddings and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore for isolated agent execution. Its first feature, a Complaint Triage Assistant, searches about 2 billion regulated documents without crossing tenant boundaries. Octave says the foundation has cut deployment time per use case by 50 percent.
