Architect Financial Technologies, the trading firm behind the AX perpetual futures exchange, has launched Liquid Inference, an exchange-style router where inference providers bid to serve each LLM request and the lowest offer that meets the buyer's rules wins. It works as a drop-in OpenAI or Anthropic API endpoint, including with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and Cline, and locks a maximum price before generation starts. Buyers can set cost caps, latency and throughput limits, approved regions and zero data retention, while providers set their own quotes and are paid through Stripe. Fees, the provider list and latency data are not yet public.
