HeyGen's HyperFrames is an open-source, Apache 2.0-licensed framework that renders HTML, CSS, and JavaScript into deterministic MP4 video, designed for AI agents to create video programmatically. A single render command produces the MP4, with no React or timeline editor required. Per the official site, an agent can select the appropriate workflow from a single request. The announcement of HyperFrames Studio, where users describe what they want and the agent builds it, came from HeyGen's Bin Liu.
