humans& released its first model, Ampersand v0.1, a collaborator model post-trained from Zhipu's open-weight GLM 5.3 to help groups of people pursue long-term goals. It is available now without a waitlist through an Agents API that follows OpenAI's Agents API. In the company's own multi-month collaboration simulations, Ampersand roughly matched or beat frontier models such as Claude Fable 5.1, though it scored below them on a separate teamwork test.
