Blueprints AI says it generates permit-ready construction blueprints from a sketch or PDF in minutes, per TechCrunch

Santa Monica-based Blueprints AI, founded by architect Al Drams and data scientist Coco Cao, uses AI to produce code-compliant, permit-ready architectural blueprints from a 2D sketch or PDF. The company, a 2026 Startup Battlefield 200 pick, plans to unveil a second-generation version of its software at TechCrunch Disrupt, held October 13 to 15 in San Francisco. Drams says architects spend about 80% of their time on drafting and wants to flip that toward design.
