Google DeepMind introduces AlphaGenome Atlas, predicting the effects of all 9 billion possible single-letter changes in the human genome
Google DeepMind's AlphaGenome Atlas is a database that predicts the regulatory effects of all 9 billion possible single-letter changes in the human genome, pre-calculated with the AlphaGenome model into a dataset of about 1 petabyte. Google says the Atlas adds a single AlphaGenome Variant Impact (AVI) score covering both coding and non-coding regions, and is available through a website portal that requires no coding.
